Piratecom warrants to the original purchaser of its products, that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and proper use, for the period of two years from date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Piratecom will repair or replace, at its option,
any parts showing factory defects during this warranty period, subject to the following provisions. This warranty applies only to a new product which has been sold through authorized channels of distribution. All work under warranty must be performed by Piratecom
or one of its affiliated partners. All returned products must be shipped to our address, freight prepaid, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. The purchaser voids this warranty if he, she or others attempt to repair, service or alter the product in any way. This warranty does not apply in the event of accident, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision, or other damage from external sources, including damage which is caused by user replaceable parts. This warranty does not extend to any other equipment or apparatus to which this product may be attached or connected. The foregoing is your sole remedy for failure in service or defects. Piratecom shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages, nor for any installation or removal costs or other service fees. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness of use, which are hereby
excluded. To the extent that this exclusion is not legally enforceable, the duration of such implied warranties shall be limited to one year from date of purchase. No suit for breach of express or implied warranty may be brought after one year from date of purchase.
Items received defective or items that become defective within the warranty period can be returned for repair or replacement. Please follow the Return Policy procedure listed below.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from when the products are delivered. Returns must be received by a Piratecom employee within 15 days of receiving an RMA number. All products must be received in new, resalable condition. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to the store you bought it from. Packages that arrive "COD" or "Postage Due" will be refused. Please ship all packages back using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance (for example, UPS or FedEx). Piratecom is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized PIratecom employee. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for ALL returns (deducted from the refund). A larger restocking fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable. No restocking fee will be charged for replacement of defective merchandise.Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped. Packages refused by the customer or sent back without authorization will be restocked with a 20% fee deducted from the refund. In addition, any postage due or brokerage fees associated with recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund. Products damaged during shipping to the customer will be replaced at no charge. All warranty claims should be directed rma@piratecom.com for assistance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Email rma@piratecom.com to receive an RMA number. Please include your order number, your name, the product that you wish to return and a reason for the return. Returns will be processed within 7 days of when they are delivered. If your return has not been processed within that time please email rma@piratecom.com.
By placing an order with Piratecom you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Piratecom arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Piratecom, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
